FMR Finder is a free informational tool for looking up HUD Fair Market Rents by area and ZIP code. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

Figures come from the public HUD files listed on our data & method page. They may be out of date or wrong.

Fair Market Rents are HUD's published estimates, not the rent a landlord may charge or the amount a voucher will pay; local housing agencies set their own payment standards. Nothing here is legal, financial or housing-program advice. Confirm figures with HUD or your local public housing agency before acting.

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on it.
